Get A Bigger Butt (30 Day Squat Challenge)?

I’m trying to tone my butt, and I have some questions!
(Background)- My butt used to be really nice due to gymnastics (10 years), it’s been 2 years since I quit, and my butt kind of sags and has some cellulite and stretch marks!
-Can I continue doing squats after day 30?
-Do I have to start out with the little numbers they say or can I do more?
-If I do more squats then the picture says, should the number of squats I do keep going up?
-My butt sticks out, but what would happen to the shape of it when I complete it?
-Will this challenge get rid of the cellulite on my butt (and the back of my thighs)?
-Can you strengthen your glutes by just laying on your stomach and tighten your butt as hard you can?
-If you’re not sore after a workout, can the fibers your muscles still become ripped? (Good thing)
-If you stop or start slacking, will you lose all of your progress?
-Any tips on Victoria’s secret abs?
The last question was irrelevant, but I’m curious! I have a thin stomach and my butt and legs are larger but I still look proportional.
